Business Days exclude:

• Saturdays and Sundays

• Official public holidays observed in Germany (listed below)

• Dates explicitly designated as unavailable by the Artist (listed below)

Business Days determine shipment processing timelines and response periods for correspondence. 

Any deviation from standard operational timelines resulting from Business Day limitations or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated via the announcement bar displayed at the top of each page of the website and with automated email responses.
